Building on our Clean Maritime Conference last year, the UK National Clean Maritime Research Hub is pleased to announce its first Clean Maritime Assembly!

We invite you to join us for this exciting event where you’ll have the opportunity to connect with sector experts and academics passionate about sustainable maritime innovation. Together, we will address the challenges and explore the innovative solutions needed to accelerate the transition to a cleaner maritime future.

We’re delighted to be holding this Assembly in Liverpool (UK) on 25th and 26th June 2025 at Liverpool John Moores University.

Across the two days, we will shine a spotlight on the themes of Fuels & Safety, Power & Propulsion, Vessel Design & Efficiency, Finance & Economics, Ports, and Digitalisation. Each session will be designed to showcase the latest research and developments from the Hub and the wider maritime community, with presentations from leading researchers, industry experts, and policymakers, alongside Q&A panel discussions, research and technology carousels, poster exhibitions, and lots more!

You will have the flexibility to personalise your experience by choosing the sessions that align most closely with your interests and professional needs. This tailored approach will ensure that you gain the most relevant and valuable insights from the event.

Additionally, there will be networking opportunities, allowing you to engage with peers, share your knowledge, and collaborate on ideas that can drive forward meaningful change across the sector.

Join us to be part of this important conversation to co-create a cleaner maritime future – your expertise and perspectives are invaluable in shaping the future of maritime research, innovation and sustainability.

Based on the interactive nature of the Assembly, please note that this is an in-person only event.
